As a streamlined and flexible organisation, CIM has an administrative structure that permits rapid and non-bureaucratic job placement.

If you are interested in a particular position, you proceed as follows:

• You are applying solely through CIM's online procedure. Information about yourself and your qualifications is recorded here. You can also send documents to us as attachements.  
• We then invite applicants to a personal interview. Following this pre-selection procedure, we propose appropriate professionals to the partner country employer.
• The decision on whether or not to hire the Integrated Expert is made by that employer.
