CIM services
If you take up an assignment as a CIM Integrated Expert, you have the benefit of the following services:
- Attractive topping-up payments: CIM tops up your local salary to market standards in your profession. CIM also contributes to payments into the German social security system.
- Travel expenses: Travel and transport costs to and from your country of assignment are assumed either by your employer or by CIM, as are travel expenses for trips home during an assignment abroad that lasts for a period of years.
- Training/preparation: Integrated Experts are prepared for their assignments abroad with courses in intercultural communication, partner country history, geography, culture and language.
- Networks: On site in the partner country, CIM experts can refer to a well-established network of contacts, including German embassies and the offices of the Deutsche Gesellschaft für Internationale Zusammenarbeit (GIZ) GmbH – German International Cooperation. Since Integrated Experts work within the context of German Development Cooperation, they are automatically part of a wide range of networks and global partnerships.
CIM’s placement and advisory services are free of charge for both applicants and employees.
