Cameroon's first tech-hub: Supporting start-ups

Steve Tchoumba is originally from Cameroon and was educated in the United Kingdom. In 2012 he returned to his country of origin. Today, he manages 'ActivSpaces', the first tech-hub for start-ups in Cameroon. 'ActivSpaces' offers co-working spaces in Buea and Douala and an incubation programme. It cooperates with 'Business Ideas for Development' by supporting Cameroonians who live in Germany and want to set up their own business in Cameroon.

In the following video Steve Tchoumba talks about his business and the potentials and challenges that start-ups find in Cameroon.
